Placed and order online , that was good. Went into the store , no one greeted me , everyone just stood there looking at me, until i said i m here to pick up an online order, all looked at me like deer in headlights, so I was like who's going to help me ? Such an awkward experience. Prob won't go back to this store

I'm very particular about my shoes, they have to feel *just right*. Years ago I used to go from store to store looking for the 'right' shoes, and I always ended up finding what I want at Shoe Carnival. I long ago stopped store-hopping and always only go to Shoe Carnival now. Plus, the staff there is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
Didn't have my size in stock but the young lady ordered them for me for store pickup. Very nice a super helpful
There was a variety of differnt shoes there. All the shoes were quality and at a good price.
