This company is the bomb. They take care of your vacation rental property as if it were theirs. My February earnings was unbelievable. Elmina Stayz is the best.
I stayed here with my friends for my birthday weekend. When you check in, it’s all through via text and email. There’s an app for the key and instructions and codes for you to get in the building. Sounds sweet, right? WRONG! NONE of the codes worked for the main entrance gate or the code to the building. For the whole weekend me and my friends had to basically trespass to get into a place where I payed to sleep! The owner was HORRIBLE as far as customer service and coming to a solution of how we could get in. I payed for 4 days and was miserable every single one of them! The man gave me part of a refund back and told me after check out that I would get my deposit back.. here it is a MONTH later and I still haven’t received nothing! The number to the business is always busy so I have no way to reach the person. A big lesson learned.. stay here at your own risk. I promise you’ll go through the same.
I will defintely be staying there again. This is my third time booking their property. My first two booking was through Airbnb and the 3rd one was on VRBO. I have stayed in many vacation rentals but this tops it.
My family and I stayed at elmina stayz for my birthday weekend in Atlanta. It was a last minute booking we made on AirBnb. Most of the last minute bookings that I have done in the past have turned out to be terrible experiences so I thought this was going to be one of them. OMG the experience was amazing!! The apartment was luxurious, clean and looked exactly how we saw it on Airbnb. The host was friendly and super nice. I'll definitely be staying again.
