Arborist James Johnson from Bartlett took time to thoroughly evaluate multiple trees on our property for care and/or removal. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. Offered multiple reasonably-priced options in a proposal that he sent to us the same day. I would recommend Bartlett for arborist services for sure.

I used bartlett to remove a tree from my yard and have kept them on to work with the bushes on my property. They have always been friendly and honest with what is going on with the plants and whether I really need work done or not. Also they were helpful with getting me up and going with my lawn since this is my first home, even-though they don't actually do anything with grass.
Javier didn't show up to several appointments we set up. They finally planted the trees during the heat wave and they argue it is not their fault that the trees were stressed and doesn’t look good…. They don’t have a good sense of customer service and are not accountable.
Jason from Bartlett just left here. He was either unable or unwilling to identify either of the two trees growing on my property that I asked him about. He refused, after several requests, to tell me how much it would cost to spray for tent caterpillars. His estimate for taking down a pine tree was more than twice other estimates I have had. I asked him about the condition of several other plants on my property and he gave me a list of possible reasons for each, mostly \stress\. He then told me he did not like my attitude and did not want my business and left. I virtually never write reviews, especially bad ones, but this was over the top and people should know. I tried to leave this review with Zero stars but somehow the site wouldn't accept it that way
My company does business with Bartlett tree on a daily basis. Absolute pleasure to work with the staff, Bartlett's employees and ours have developed a great working relationship over the last year. Great people and great company who takes pride in their work and equipment.
