The worst company ever!!!! My mother has an order to be transported to and from dialysis 3 days a week, taken up and down a couple of outside steps (like 5) because she can’t walk and is in a wheelchair. We were told they provide this service and that’s why we chose to hire this company. However, twice they sent a driver who was yelling and cursing saying he was not going to carry her in his back hurts. My brother and I had to leave work and carry our mother in. Not to mention we notified the company this same driver left her outside in the cold a week ago and she had to call someone to help her get in. All they didn’t show up one day, leaving us to get her to dialysis. I wouldn’t even send my dog with them. Never again....

Numerous drivers using their cell phones while driving, not for the gps even. Some are watching YouTube videos while driving aggressively, I had a driver run a red light with me in a wheelchair, I cut my arm on a screw. The light didn't even turn red, it was red and he wasn't even looking. I had to cancel and reschedule my last appointment because Genesis got the time wrong, my appointment was for 11:45am, they said it was for a 1pm pickup, promised a driver would be here to get me at 11:30. I called my doctor to tell them I'd be late, driver got here at 11:38, he did his best to be fair.. We barely got a mile away before dispatch called and told him to turn back and pick up another patient. He put me on speaker and I told dispatch I would miss my appointment and he hung up on us. Went back to the nursing home where I called the doctor's and told them, they said they couldn't wait that long and we'd have to cancel. Genesis messed up, and didn't bother trying to right things. They just doubled down and basically didn't care that I'd miss my appointment. Do not use them if you value your time, safety and money.
There's a driver there that I disliked with a passion he was extremely rude and almost crashed us into a school bus. He had his phone between his lap texting.
