I needed a couple of pieces of metal for a project at home. The big box home improvement stores didn't have anything remotely close to what I was looking for and the staff there was no help anyway. I tried here and the staff was very attentive. I don't work with metals on a regular basis, but they were able to help me narrow down what material would be appropriate. From that point, I was able to go into the warehouse, see the different choices, make a final selection and have it cut to the length I wanted. It's just the right amount and I will not be stuck with any excess material. Perfect.

We went there to explore some options for building a metal frame shade for our plants. Everyone was gracious and accommodating. After paying for our order we had the choice of waiting for the to cut our metal (around 30 minutes) or coming back. We opted to leave and come back the next day. Due to scheduling we were not able to return and eventually had them deliver. The delivery was on-time and went off without any issues. Great staff, great management, great concept, great experience!
