They're disrespectful and don't know how to professionally communicate with patients. They have this weird arrogant attitude towards patients. Don't waste your time.

I was very happy with the services that I received. The nurse was great. Knew her stuff very well, very nice and informative. Dr was also very pleasant. Just looked at my eye and knew right away what to do. They even recommended a specialist I need to see next. Im self pay and I did not think it was expensive like some people here do. It is a doctors office after all. :-) I would go back.
I highly reccomend Dr. Hennesey. I don't know why there are so many complaints about this place. My son and I both go here for our appointments and have never had a problem, waited or treated rude. I scratched my cornea and they were fantastic in treating me. When othey eye doctors said they couldn't squeeze me in they did right away. Now we drive from the far Northside all the way here because they are that good! He is a very caring doctor and he is very thorough in his exams. His assistant and older women is the best! She takes her time and you can tell she really is passionate about her job and happy working there. Employee moral says a lot about a company. Ignore the reviews go there.
I have been a patient for years. The staff is nice and professional. Never had a problem. This is a medical office not the Walmart optical so you receive excellent medical care.
Went there since I was 2 years old and now I'm 20. Wonderful staff, always friendly. Noble is the best doctor there. She has always been so patient and so sophisticated and has always been able to help with my eye condition. She also preformed my eye surgery.
