Elrod's ordered a part for a blind, but then lost other parts, making the blind useless. They will not respond to my calls. We have a Comfortex blind that was mis-made at the factory. The hole drilled in the metal casing for one internal string was off-center, causing the string to shred. Elrod’s ordered a replacement string, which we would install. When Elrod’s returned the blind they did not return the parts that the string wound around. We had removed these to show where the off-center hole was. The blind is useless without these parts. When I can reach Lee on the phone he says he needs to check with Casey. If I reach Casey she says she needs to check with Lee. This has been going on for more than two years. Most of the time I’m unable to reach them by phone. They do not return messages. When I do reach them, they fail to call back with answers as promised. Very frustrating, and unprofessional. Edit 11/5/20 in response to Elrod's note: This went on for three years before I posted this review. They had plenty of time to help.
