This is the most amazing place to board your horse. I have been to a lot of barns in the area and this one is by far the best! Professionally managed and it shows. You are lucky if you can get it! Worth the drive from St. Louis. Dont know what the other person was discussing because the manager there is top notch!

Went riding with friends who stable here. It is a huge facility with lots of room for the horses to run.

Please DO NOT board here!!! They are liars and manipulators. It was a great place until they hired in the new barn manager this past summer. If something is brought up to them regarding your horse it's dismissed or you're offered an excuse. Anything from not giving horses proper medications as directed to leaving show horses with fleece blankets out in the cold and soaking wet to the bone to not being fed correctly, etc. And if you try to take a stand, you are forced off the property and told that they will call the police and threatened legal action if you try to tell people not to go there. Also, One of the employees left the door to my horses stall open and they didn't tell me that a boarder found her wandering around. It took that boarder telling me to know what happened. And even then when I confronted the person all they did was offer excuses. Yes the property may look nice but it takes more than that to run an honest caring business. Which they lack. -In Response: -you would really like to think that it was because of me not getting the job. Definitely not and trespassing on the property after I removed my horse?! I was never told to not come onto the property. In fact you welcome outsiders as long as they have clients and/or friends. Only requirement is to sign paperwork stating so- which I did- The only things that I am writing are the truth. Honesty is not your thing so I can see why it offends you so much. As for the email that Christina supposedly sent me stating that I was not permitted onto the property- Anyone can search it or my computer and you will find nothing. I doubt she'll let anyone search hers. Again- Liars who do not care about their boarders. Looks good on the outside until you've been there awhile and then the truth comes out. If I can't say anything online, you can better believe I'll be spreading it by word of mouth. You can't stop freedom of speech.
