Didn’t follow through with order after I placed 1/2 deposit down. Would not return phone calls. Dan’s son Josh said to sue them. So I did! Dan lied to me several times & said he was working on my window order. Next thing I know the place is up for sale! Such a shame bc they came highly recommended. Apparently at one time they did good work.

A family business that came highly recommended. Sorry to say things have changed. Met Shannon at Home & Garden Show. She took my order & cash deposit March 10, 2020 promised window would be ready by June. No window. Won’t return calls. Finally went to the shop and talked to owner Dan who said bc of COVID-19 it would be August. Questioned why their building was up for sale? Why no return phone calls? Promised me he was working on it. Here it is end of August. Still no return phone calls or window. Have not returned my deposit.
ZERO STARS. I placed order and paid 50% deposit in NOV 2019, finalized designs of custom window April 2020 and told they would proceed but slowly. After that never heard back from company. The staff told me they were all let go and they don't know of anyone actually building the glass. Reached out to Dan the owner multiple times but no longer responding to emails and never to calls. Stopped by store and was up for sale. Multiple emails and phone calls remain unanswered. Was able to reach Dan's son who told me that \orders will not be fulfilled and to sue them.\ Extremely angry and will now be contacting police and likely need to take to small claims court to recover deposit.
The family that operates the business are very skilled and experienced. The work they do is amazing from what Ive seen.. But mostly, everyone there has been polite and friendly which goes a long way with me. This is the type of company you want to do business with. You won't be disappointed
