I walked into the store after failed attempts at trying to get a queen bed frame from a big box store. I was greeted with a big smile from Jimmy and she was able to get me my frame with delivery the following day. Wonderful experience and great customer service!!

I bought a mattress here a while back, the sales guys were attentive and helpful with a low-pressure approach. The mattress we purchased was not in stock, so they said it would be in in two days. Sure enough, two days later we received a call that the mattress was in and I went and picked it up. Main reason for the 3 stars review is price, I expected a huge chain like mattress firm to have steeper discounts, and that just wasn't the case.

Earl is knowledgeable of all products and was patient-no pressure. Immediately found the mattress I wanted Ordered easily. Scheduled delivery quickly. Delivery is Sunday, so I will update at that time. So far, so good!
