This place is a treasure to me. Location, Location, Location . Park right by the door, receptionist right there everything on one floor, lab, chemo, radiation, nice meditation area outside. Right off I 90. Staffed with brilliant up to date Dr’s. Every nurse and tech and volunteer and other depts. I come in contact with are outstanding. KMM ( patient)

I was actually being seen for hematology not cancer. My first visit I waited almost two hours to be seen with no explanation. I needed them to submit FMLA paperwork for my job. The doctor signed it too late and they never sent and I was disapproved. I took a new set of papers in - they promised to submit them right away - never even sent them. I tried for four days to get my blood thinner Rx sent in - promised but no delivery. Finally got it sent - wrong pharmacy. Total incompetence.

The staff here is super friendly, professional, and they make you as comfortable as possible with every procedure. I always feel at home here and never leave without a smile on my face. Everyone is always willing to chat about what is going on in your life whether it be good or bad. I may be upset if I never have to go back again, I feel like I've made some many friends here.
