The equipment Ember sells is all top notch, but to me the biggest reason to do business with them is the knowledge and helpfulness of Chris and his organization. Chris spent the time to teach me about optimized speaker placement, which completely changed the soundstage in my listening room. As I continue to develop my sound system, Chris has made himself available to answer questions and help me make the best decisions, even when they don't lead to purchases from his company. In over 35 years of buying and enjoying audio equipment, I have never dealt with a retailer as good as Ember Audio & Video.
