I’ve had very mixed experiences here. The lead instructor had a frenetic energy that seemed odd for a long time practitioner of qigong. It made me skeptical to learn from her, however it was the only game in town so I went for it. In the end I’m sorry I did. There are a few other studios and places offering these classes in Seattle and I would start there if you’re looking for a practice space
