Great experience with every encounter. The internet service has kept up with all of our streaming, gaming, and surfing. With a large household and devices in every room, it's nice to have something reliable and service that is personal. Great work!

I wanted to look at what services you provide. But your website is awful. You would probably get more business if it was a little more user friendly and easier to navigate.

Internet is decent for living in the middle of nowhere, but promises of Fiber Optic in 3 months were made when I first moved out here, and It’s been about 5 months now and there still isn’t anything:/, I am an avid gamer and the internet makes playing almost unachievable. Just wondering when the fiber optic is really going to happen, if at all.

I live out in Cheshire and started out with satellite internet with bandwidth that dropped to near zero at peak hours and 10GB monthly usage caps that my kids would regularly exceed. We 'upgraded' to cable while Country Vision owned the network and having no usage caps was a big plus, but the service was woefully unreliable and had a 250Kbps uplink at the time. When Emerald Broadband took over, the reliability instantly improved and has continued to improve as they have located and repaired many bad connections etc. While download speeds haven't dramatically improved, that is just one of many stats that makes a quality internet connection. As of late, the connection quality / stability out here in Cheshire via Emerald Broadband is better than what I get in the Portland metro area and it has just improved again this last few days hence this review. No idea what they have done but the uplink speed has more than doubled and whereas before it would start slow and ramp up gradually to it's full speed, now it hits the max uplink speed instantly. I use VOIP a lot for work and that is very revealing of connection quality. At this time VOIP in Cheshire over Emerald Broadband is near flawless. We are very happy with, and very thankful for their excellent service.

Our need for internet isn't extreme. 10mb would be fine as long as it's mostly stable. But living out in the boonies we had very low expectations and our existing cable provider consistently failed to meet them. Endless promises of big upgrades coming soon but nothing ever changed in years and good luck getting any internet on weekend nights.......... but then they got bought out by Emerald Broadband and all I can say is Heck Yeah! Our junk cable service was going to be part of the reason we were going to move but I can quite happily say the Emerald guys have now given us every reason to stay. They are very communicative, friendly, and while we are still new to their service, We can tell immediately that they have great ethics and are very very customer focused. We live in a beautiful place but the marginal internet was playing havoc with my work. It has improved almost immediately as soon as Emerald took over and we are looking forward for pending updates they are working on. These guys are very cool and they clearly get a thrill from being the hero in bringing internet to the outer fringes of civilization. I for one am certainly a fan!
