I am very disappointed in their service after the sale. My husband bought (and paid quite a bit of money compared to what I have seen at Home Goods and other home accessory stores....) a lovely blown glass fish sculpture for me for my birthday. After having it only a few weeks on display in our living room, I picked it up to move it and the fish came away from the base. I was distraught of course. We brought it back to them to see if they could help us in getting it repaired and they said they were only the retailer and couldn't help us. He paid 150 for the piece - which I know he could have purchased elsewhere for 29. They purchase cheap stuff from overseas and then sell it as 'specialty items' when in fact they are not. Don't shop here unless you are willing to take your chances with no hope of help after the sale. Do shop here if you just want to throw your money away. So much for trying to support small, local businesses....
