Despite the housing market going wild right now, this community lists properties with reasonable prices and the staff, especially Kimberly, are incredibly responsive and helpful. The houses boast a decent amount of space along with a fence, beautiful wood-like floors and stainless steel appliances. Having dogs, this house has everything I want and need. Something else I noticed is the insulation is great. Construction is going on all around me and my neighbor has several motorcycles, but none of that actually seems to disturb me. Overall, I would say that if you are considering living here, don't hesitate to move it to the top of your list. Also, I would say to be patient as new construction will always have delays, but it is very worth it.

We just moved here from South Florida a few days ago and we’re in love! We needed to be moved in by a certain date for school/work and Kimberly went above and beyond to make it happen. The house is absolutely stunning with a huge backyard for our dogs (which Emerald Lakes maintains for us at no extra cost) and high-end appliances. The floors are beautiful and hide pet hair very well! We put in a maintenance request for our keyless door lock and it was fixed first thing the next morning. The area is great with good neighborhoods around us. We were concerned about there still being construction around us, but the insolation in the house is so great you can’t even hear it. We honestly could not be happier and I’m very surprised these houses do not cost more!

Not bad, but it would be nice if it could be a few hundred dollars cheaper per month. Staff is friendly and courteous. Build quality of the units could be better; I personally could do without the vinyl-ish flooring atop concrete slab that is simply uncomfortable to walk on. Most of the units are new and they are in the process of adding more units. Neighborhood is generally quiet, so that is much appreciated (everyone keeps to themselves).

It's deep into Ocean Springs and the large subdivision is still being built, and the houses are nice, yes... but they are very close to one another, and they all look alike!

We stopped looking for rentals after seeing this community! Feels like home, gorgeous homes, and the staff have gone above and beyond to get us moved in our time frame! We are so excited to come home here!
