Our family has used Emergency Pet Hospital twice. Both times the experience was wonderful. The first time was before COVID. We were able to sit in the waiting room as our hedgehog's leg was checked out (she'd gotten string wrapped around and embedded). The staff was great and the place was spotless. The second visit was after COVID so the experience was a little different. This time we communicated by phone mostly, arrived but remained in our vehicle. When it was our turn, staff came out to take our dog in. They communicated with us while she was in there and brought her out when they finished. Both visits were successful and we thank the staff very much for their help. We are grateful that there is an after-hours place such as this in our area! You fill a MUCH needed spot in our lives! THANK YOU!

We recently lost our baby Toto. He was very well treated by the hospital and Dr Erick. Also, we very much appreciate how we were treated by everyone there. I am 20 years old and had Toto since I was 4 years old so losing him was very hard. He was very loved by us and treated with all the love in the world. We will keep his memory alive. I just wanted to say thanks to everybody especially Dr. Erick. :)

Our pug has anaphylactic reactions to bees. This hospital has seen her multiple times for this! They respond quickly and always keep us updated as they treat her in the moment! It’s a very scary situation we are always put as ease by knowing there is someone so close to give her great care! The staff are efficient and kind! Top rate service and we always feel we are in excellent care!

I have never met more supportive, respectful, intuitive, compassionate, loving and brilliant vets and nurses. Dr. Erick Madison is the MOST AMAZING and every nurse on staff. They took such loving care of me and my baby mini dachshund Pandora in her final hours helping me understand the prognosis and options so lovingly. Thank you. A million times. Everyone would be remiss not to take their fur babies here. They were incredible.

Dr. Madison saved my cat Randy. Not only was the complicated surgery a great success, the aftercare was also the best. This was the second surgery Randy had here and I highly recommend this clinic. They are not corporate so actually care about the animals and don’t treat it like a business. I cannot thank Dr. Madison and his staff enough, they have been wonderful every step of the way.
