DR BUTLER was so rude to me. He did not treat me. I told him I was having extremely pelvic pain and he told me to take ibuprofen and Tylenol, I told him I was already at home. Waste of my time. He didn’t even examine me or check anything he just sat very close to me. He was not wearing a mask! Do not come to this hospital. They are so rude. I went to ST LUKE HOSPITAL 2 miles from this Er. And they we’re so kind and treated me right away. No wonder dignity has no patients in their waiting room! Should of not even charged my insurance because they did not treat me and they treated me like garbage. He pretty much laughed in my face when I said Tylenol wasn’t working. The nurse was kind though. She told me he was rude to her as well when she asked him to treat me. This guy needs to be fired. He is not a qualified doctor nor compassionate.

The only reason I even gave them 1 star is because I had no choice. The overnight staff at this hospital is awful. I have never been so insulted in my life. My concerns were not addressed at all. I was told there was nothing wrong with me. (That was not true, I went elsewhere and was checked in) Both the Dr and his nurse were rude and the receptionist wasn't much better. I will never go to this place again.

No long wait time at all! The RN Selina Q, The CT/X-Ray Tech and Dr. Wilson was great! They listened to my questions and concerns. They made me feel at ease because I was nervous about going into the emergency room because I self diagnose myself on a regular. “Stay off Google” Also the medical assistant at the front desk was assume.

Friendly, courteous and caring staff. The doctors and nurses seem top notch to me. I was very comfortable and confident with their knowledge and diagnosis. I received great care incredibly fast. So much better here than a big hospital. Highly recommend Dignity Health - AZ General Hospital.

I came here after another ER basically told me they couldn’t help me with my abscess. I got here and there was barely a wait and the nurses and DR were so helpful and educated . They talked me through draining my abscess which was infected and the pain went away immediately. This def will be my go to for an ER in the future. The Dr. also said “come back if you ever need us” which may seem small but it was appreciated.

!!! Believe the negative reviews !!! I had a terrible experience with one of their “doctors” who quite literally pulled out his phone to google a condition. This happened more than 3 months ago, I tried to speak to their customer service manager who had never contacted me. I called again and was told they were short staffed because they only have one customer service manager for their hospital. It is completely unacceptable that in three months and after I gave them another chance to at LEAST apologize about the arrogant doctor, that I haven’t heard anything from them. I will be reaching out to the medical board who I’m 100% sure is genuinely concerned about the quality of care provided by medical professionals in their state.

Great staff I was being seen by another doctor treating an infection and it progressively got worse. The doctor and staff and everybody was attentive and very professional and caring. Hoping the medications i was prescribed now help. Got a follow up call this morning seeing how I was doing and if I had any side effects from the medication. Where I was being seen didn't do that. Thank you dignity health I feel much better knowing I'm in good hands at the moment.
