Staying right now with my 17 year old daughter, and we came to have her medical clearance. But everything changed and we got to stay overnight. I have back pain and am sitting on a hard chair and not allowed to go outside to get a pain killer. Asked once to search in my car and they said that would be my last time going out and leaving my daughter alone in the facility. Couldn’t find the pain killer in the car, probably left home. Now I’m spending the whole night sitting on the same chair with very painful back not allowed to get help since I’m not the patient as they told me. It feels like I’m getting tortured. If they are not responsible to my daughter’s health while I’m not next to her as I’m getting a pain killer. Why would they hold us here overnight? To send more bill to my daughter’s insurance?

People it's called patient abandonment. Contact malpractice Attorney. CA State Medical board. They pressure, downright put patients under extreme duress, for referrals. No transparency. Director of Nurse's we have a problem. They even refuse to give information, a nurse hung up on me. A nurse even violated privacy by asking \who's calling you.\Extremely Hostile. Called elderly abuse. Now I file complaint with the State.
