DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I was told they were a preferred provider before receiving service. I received letters saying they billed my insurance for the balance and no action was needed. Then I received a bill WITH A LATE FEE. They did not bother telling me my insurance didn't pay the full balance. I went in to the office and was told the late fee would be reversed and the billing lady would call me. I never received a phone call and yesterday I received another bill with the first late fees waived and another late fee added the next day.

This place is amazing Dr Ridder, Alexis and Isaac actually made going to the dentist a fun experience it was a quick and painless tooth extraction I definitely recommend this place!!!!!

Do not go here !!!!! I went it paid 600 and cash just to have one two extracted! My appt was at 9:30 am and just left 11:31 and dentist Thomas Pham numbs me up with needle says he can remove my tooth goes and helps other patient comes back and tells me he can’t do it now because I’m nervous and than didn’t want to give my money back!

Since Dr. Shakiba is no longer there, this is no longer my dentist they have been horrible about getting back to me, I had work done over 6 months ago I ended up getting a second opinion from another dentistry and she had to fix the work my insurance did a Thorough investigation and decided not to pay the emergency tooth doctor and said I should be Receiving a refund from them for the portion that I paid out of pocket. However I’ve contacted them three times and even took in a copy of the findings from my insurance (that mind you they got a copy of as well from my insurance.) and still nothing. I’m hoping they at least make it right.

Everyone here is extremely nice, straight forward about the treatment needed, and they don't make you feel bad about your teeth. You can tell they really want to do what is best for their patients! If I could give more stars, I would.

Do not go here. We went to the Vancouver location a few weeks ago and had a great experience. My husband was in excruciating pain and they had him taken care of immediately. From paperwork to extraction was about a half hour. The staff and Doctor were great. This location however, we didn't even have to fill out paperwork and it's been over an hour and STILL haven't had it extracted (I'm in the waiting area writing this). If you are in pain, go to the Vancouver location. Update: horrible extraction, no stitches given, refused to give prescription for antibiotics, the medicated mouthwash, or Tylenol 800mg. Still bleeding hours after. Very upset with how my husband was treated.
