Mrs Washington is a great instructor. She took the time to make sure that I was fully trained and made sure that I was confident in my abilities to provide CPR. She's professional and also observed all covid-19 precautions. I will use this company and recommend in the future for recertification.

I sincerely enjoyed this experience. My instructor kept me entertained the whole time, even when it was on zoom! We also applied social distancing rules as a caution and I enjoyed that because it made me feel safe.

Mrs Felicia is an awesome instructor she insured that you know all your rules, techniques and algorithms. She makes you feel very comfortable and not intimidated and she’s very personable and friendly. I will definitely refer my friends and family members to her. I took the CPR, First Aid and AED training that Emergency Training LLC provides and Felicia Washington is amazing!!! She was so engaging and patient it made the training so enjoyable. As a retired Army officer with over 30 years who has been through many simular types of training, Felicia's class is among the very best I have had in or out of the Army. If you are a homeowner that ownes a pool or someone who enjoys the outdoors you really need to take Felicia's class to be prepared for those emergencies that all too often come up,
