The husband is completely rude. He talked to my wife as if she was in 2nd grade. Ended up his own wife had to tell him she was right. Stay away very rude

5 star for sure. VERY efficient at their job. Worth the drive to have paperwork done right the first time. Have done literally dozens of transactions at EG. Never heard an unkind word spoken or condescending attitude by them. Some of these reviews leave me SMH.
Friendly and always helpful. Never have a problem at all when I go there. I recommend ppl to go t here. You are in and out 99% of through time .
I don't think the negative service reviews are accurate. I braced myself going in but found the staff engaging and friendly. I only had a simple need but the cost was less than I expected. I'll definitely use them again.
I was approached very rudely by the staff that I was not aware of cash only business when I requested a registration tag for my dog. I apologized that I didn’t have it and can come back with money. They also confiscated my dog’s papers. Was rudely asked to go to an ATM with my dog on hand. Complaint to PA Department of State made about unprofessionalism and lack of capacity by the staff member. I will also notify BBB about this unprofessional behavior. I took my business to Lehigh County Humane Society and also donated there. Do not visit this place.
