If your looking to feel good about your workout and see results fast, this is the place! Awesome instructor that will work with you and push you to do things you didn't realize you were capable of. Also has a great group of girls that are supportive and positive! I look forward to every class, and would recommend anyone to join Colleens classes.
Colleen is awesome! Kickboxing has been an great high intense, calorie burning work out. I've already referred 4 of my friends to join in on the fun! I would do it 5 days a week if it was offered :)
I have never had more fun getting a work out in, the time flies and before you know it you're done, drenched in sweat and loving every moment! Colleen is incredibly sweet, nice and encouraging! I am so happy to have found this little gem!
The class is so much fun and you work up a killer sweat! You don't realize how long class really is because it goes by so quickly. Colleen is really nice and super helpful!
My daughter takes karate here and I take the kickboxing classes. It is such a fun inviting atmosphere and Colleen is a great instructor. She is very patient with the kids and even with the women when you can't get a move right. I definately would recommend this place to anyone.
My three children are enrolled in four of Sensei's classes, including kickboxing. The changes I see in the energy and enthusiasm in my oldest after kickboxing is inspirational. While it is hard work, my daughter really enjoys it and wants to pursue other forms of exercise and martial arts.
Colleen is an energized, talented, motivating, and amazing instructor...her classes are powerful and the atmosphere is comforting and inviting. There is no judgement and everyone is very supportive and encourages you to reach your goals...I love love love this studio :)
