Had to pick up tile 2 times from here. First time they didn't give us all the tile and we had to go back an hour. 2nd time they gave us wrong color tile and different receipt than the customer. The customer was mad that he got matter instead of glossy. We called them up and they said it's not their fault and they can't do anything. It is very their fault, how is the customers order say polished and the receipt they give when we picked up just regular.

Honestly worst customer service ever. Cedric was unnecessarily rude and curt over the phone - maybe hire someone else who doesn't drive customers away?
Called in the morning to confirm they had my customers tile ready to pick up. Said it was there. Planned my and my employees day around it. Drove 45 minutes. They didn't have it. Missed out on 800 profit for that day, and wasted lots of my time. I wanted some compensation for it and their offer was a bag or two of mortar. Get bent. You get a bad review instead.
I had product to return called they said no problem. Drove the one and half hours for return and guy at counter said they couldn’t take product back because it was over 30 days and they couldn’t return anything under 3 boxes. I had my receipt and told him his receipt just says 25% restock fee nothing about amount of product or time on it. Counter guy asked manager and manager just said that’s how it is I’m very disappointed in this company there customer service sucks I do not recommend them at all Your better off going to a big box store. Worst part is they figured out the amount of product I needed for the job
Great experience working with designer. Great selection of tile which looks like wood flooring. New interesting tile styles we loved. Installed the tile flooring in our office and can't be more pleased!
