I called to place an order the staff answered the phone then hung up on me. So I drove there to make an order. Saw all the employees out on the side eating. Waited for a while for someone to come to the front to speak to me. Placed my order very unprofessional no sense of customer service. This place has really gone downhill. Plus they told me they were out of what I wanted to order but were eating it outside. Seems like they just didn't want to make the order.

March 2021: Parking accessible, No dining in, does have tables for outside eating, friendly service. Food is not what was expected. Seared Ahi couldve been more seared. Sauce did not taste like garlic. Combo: Ahi garlic and chicken garlic

Well my friends. We heard that this place had new owners and it did not disappoint. We all ordered our normal favorites and we all loved our dishes. I got the pastele stew with garlic chicken. As much as I enjoyed the stew, I was so sad that I didn't have more garlic chicken! It was amazing! Not overly garlicky or to hard. So freaking good. This is definitely my new favorite garlic chicken. The wife ordered the squid luau and is was ono! Nice chunks of squid and just the right amount of coconut and sweetness. My son ordered the loco moco and he rated it a 11/10. Place is super clean, the staff very friendly as well! Well done En Fuego! My new favorite place in Kapolei

They recently completed renovations a couple of months ago? and everything looks great with digital screen menus and a take-out only counter! The dining area with sit down tables is no longer available so the space is smaller, but it seems like it’s how food places are doing it now with customer safety in mind. You could easily order online but we decided on the spot to just order there... good to know for the next time we plan ahead. We usually get their pastele stew (super hearty and chunky) and balance it with the sweeter squid luau, but this time tried some new items like Cold Ginger Ahi (seared! or can be fully cooked) and Hoisin glazed ribs. SOOO yummy!!! My family also got some favorites like mochiko chicken and a combo plate of mahi with garlic creme sauce garlic chicken. We should have gotten one less plate because there was so much food, but plenty of leftovers for later! Pricing seems to be pretty comparable to other restaurants, but we got fresh fish (not frozen, I asked!) and really tasty items so everything is worth the value we paid. I can’t think of many other places that offer a great mix of local dishes that’ll satisfy all our preferences in the Kapolei area. Since the space is smaller, we followed social distance guides and waited to go inside to order, then chose to wait outside while the food was being prepared. There is outside seating and tables if you want to eat right away, but it looks like it’s not part of En Fuego so anyone can sit but we took our food to go. They gave all the individually wrapped utensils and napkins so we enjoyed as soon as we got home.

Big servings of food that will leave you full the whole day. Get the seared ahi and crispy chicken, its the bomb!

The interior is well lit and cool, quite comfortable. They have a television on one side so you can choose to watch tv while you dine or you can have traditional style dinner. Their salad dressing is OnPoint! So Ono/delicious/good/tasty/scrumptious. The Pastele Stew is delicious!!! Also in love with their mac salad. I definitely recommend its!!!

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Garlicy creamy or garlicy crunchy deliciousness - your choice! Difficult to go wrong here. Very large portions with entrees ranging form 9-12. (50 for 4 people). The garlic shrimp scampi and garlic chicken were my top picks of the order. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and they did stop taking kitchen orders at about 8:10 (closing 8:30). Not pictured is their ahi poke which was difficult to stop eating!

Best Chicken Katsu I've had on Oahu. I've only lived here for a year and a half. Don't just take it from me. My friend tried it as well and he's born and raised here, lived here for 40 years and said the same thing. Best he's ever had. They had Cowboys and Redskins game on as well. That was a plus. However, TV had lines going through it. That's only reason why I gave 4 stars. Service was great. Food came out fast. Staff was friendly and brought food to our table. I'll definitely be back here to try the rest of the menu. Picture shown is Chicken Katsu and spicy garlic chicken combination plate. Which was not bad either. Big portions and combo plate was only 12.50.
