Tried this restaurant (via Grub Hub) on a whim instead of the old tried and true. What a GREAT surprise. I love curry and can't find one like mom made with Sexton Curry from the 40's. This restaurant has it going on! Wow. I am instantly a huge fan. We had four curry dishes, three rices, several levels of heat to add and a fabulous mango chutney (That's hard to find too.) Two flat breads came with the delivery and everything was fantastic. Where did this place come from! Please, don't ever leave!!!

Incredible restaurant with staff that clearly take pride in their establishment. Delicious food that was rich in favor. Thoughtfully decorated and service was excellent. The vegetable coconut curry and kheer was to die for!! Job well done.
Good food and lots of variety. They are willing to indulge if you want to go big on the spice (word of warning, clarify what the scale is before committing! I asked for a 3 and got something like the last few wings on Hot Ones! So maybe it was three out of three?!). A memorable night none the less.
The food continues to be outstanding -- still highly recommended. Our younger son discovered Himalayan Kitchen for the family shortly after you opened, and we are were just as impressed with the (take out) food yesterday as we were when we had our first sit-down meal with you. You are able and willing to adjust the spice intensity to any level, so that everyone can relish the food. As a welcome plus, the people who own and staff the restaurant are consistently cordial and competent, always making the customer feel like a guest. \We'll be back!\ :)
Lunch specials pick 2 7.99 with soup bread and rice tikka marsala coconut vegetable curry delicious! Chicken curry and chicken chili awesome lamb korma exceptional!
