First and foremost, my wife and I want to thank Josh and Roth for their outstanding customer service. As we entered Johnson’s Fitness we were immediately greeted by Josh and we were amazed by the cleanliness and the layout of the display room. As my wife and I were walking around the display room looking at the fitness equipment, we were also greeted by Roth who also took the time to greet us while Roth was assisting another customer. My wife and I explained to Josh that we were looking for commercial grade fitness equipment and we were in the process of converting our garage into a gym. Josh was very knowledgeable with the different types of commercial grade equipment that would best suit our fitness needs. Josh provided us copies of fitness equipment measurements to give us a better idea of how much fitness equipment our garage can accommodate. Josh, thank you for your attention to detail, helpful advice, great communications skills, follow ups, and NO car salesmen pressure tactics. Roth thank you for showing us the functionality of the fitness equipment and loading all the heavy equipment into our vehicle (no forklift needed if Roth is working)! Again, thank you Josh and Roth for your outstanding customer service!

Unbelievable service! We are in the middle of the pandemic, it’s my husband‘s birthday and I finally find a weight bench. But, it’s heavy and hard to fit in my car. Without me even requesting it, Roth offered to bring it by the house so it would be here when my husband woke up on his birthday. I am very grateful.

Great customer service! I walked in looking for a set of weights but also had some questions regarding a Landice treadmill. Josh answered all my question, he knew a vast amount of information about the unit and even helped compare them to another unit I had some interest in.
