I had your company replace both of our units and so far we are 6 months in and very happy. Today your tech came out to replace the filters and he went over the top and put all the storage crates back after we covered up access to one of the units in the closet. all of your staff that’s been out to the house to work on the units have been absolute sweet hearts. I am happy we have the peace of mind for the next several years of good quality maintenance.

My unit was not working when we returned from a trip and it was so hot in the house. I called the after hours line and the tech called back in less than 15 minutes. Tech quickly came out and provided great customer service and treated us as if we were his only call. You returned early the next morning and installed the new part that was needed and had us back and running in no time. Way to go!!!
