I bought my Bentley pontoon boat brand new. There was a manufacturing defect in my pontoon boat that caused an issue to occur the very first time we took our pontoon boat out. We promptly notified our dealer and our dealer has been trying to get the parts from Bentley for over a month now. We have not been able to take the boat out since in the meantime. We’re missing half the boating season. I would stay clear from purchasing a new boat from this company. If I’m having this much trouble getting things fixed on a brand new boat, I can only imagine how tough it’s going to be if I or anyone else has to use their warranty down the line.

Terminated for going back to school. Major health hazards in practice. Disgusting facility. Degenerate management. Ignorant to development progress. Complacency in management. Unsustainable company. Poor purchasing decisions.
I Love my boat, however if you are looking for seats that leak in water and wet all of your towels. Then this is the boat for you! You will enjoy wet towels with every trip to the lake in which you may get a short rain or sprinkle. While spending 40K for an Elite your speed o will not calibrate, your fuel gauge will be off by at least five gallons, and all said they are OK with that. Had I to do this again, I would not advise anybody to buy this boat. At least until you tried out all of the other boat manufacturers. When I go to buy another boat it will not be built by encore. Happy boating. Tom Jones
Starting to think I bought a lemon. Bought a Bentley elite less than a year ago and it's been in the shop more than on the water. Gauges not working correctly, screws coming loose, seats falling into the form and most recent found that one of my pontoons has been full of water for who knows how long. Either I got a lemon or it's a poorly crafted vessel. Over all it looks like a nice boat and with the 150 on it has decent power but when you spend 50k on a boat it should not have so many issues in less than a year.
Buyer Beware We have had a lot of boats. This one lasted a year and after almost sinking 3 times, if finally did sank. The boat logs are made of 3mm thin aluminum foil (if that) with no compartment. There is no place to put anodes so you pit them all around the boat but despite all that, electrolysis takes over. And when this so thin log gets a hole in it, the uncompartimented log just fills in until the boat sinks. We then checked the competition: they have spots for anodes, their logs are much thicker and they have compartments so if you have a hole, only a small section fills with water. They customer service is the most useless. Their fine print will give you no warranty. They have no paperwork on the boat. Our insurance requested a layout, they were never able to send it. They are cheap, but there is a reason why.
