The insulation work appears to be solid, and Mark certainly was patient with me through a lot of rescheduling. That said, they left the door open the first day they were here and one of my cats escaped (and is probably gone forever), and then left the door wide open AGAIN the next day, both before AND AFTER I specifically asked them to keep it shut unless absolutely necessary. They knew they'd let out the first cat and that another cat was still in the house, so I'm not sure why it was so hard to shut the door. Obviously this could have happened with any company, and I should have scheduled the work when I could be home, and put the cats in a closed room, yes. I'm kicking myself. But seeing them leave the door wide open makes me think this could have fairly easily been avoided anyway. So... will my house be warmer this winter? I'm sure the answer is yes. Was it worth it? Nope.

Energia worked on our house last April and they did a great job of insulating it. Tom and Mark were very responsive with some complicated challenges that happened in relation to our particular house / location. He did a great job with the audit and helped me with all the steps I needed to take to go through the MassSaves program. He sent out a wonderful team to complete the work and I am really happy with everything. My heating bills are at a record low and my home is cozy and comfortable.
