That was fast and easy. Thank you! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Got test results before I even got home! We will definitelty come back for any urgent needs.

My experience as whole was pleasant.. I waited four hours to get tested, which is to be expected I guess. I was originally told 2.5 hours and then they kept extending it. There is an Ipad (like) sign in just to your left as you enter, however you are left to figure that out on your own. No direction to do so is given. Staff was very pleasant and explained the process well once you were in there for your test. I gave this 5 stars because of the staff and the fact that the wait could not be helped from what I saw.

There was nobody wiping anything down in the waiting room. With a pandemic going on there should've been more sanitizing happening. There was a patient tested positive that was there. He came in the building twice looking for his results. They asked him to step outside both times. While in waiting room you could hear the call to him telling him his test was positive. None of the staff came to wipe the door down he had touched 4 separate times. This is very unsettling for me. They need to do better!

I went to have what I thought was an cyst looked at on the back of my neck. Was made to wait outside for over 20 minutes in single digit Temps. They finally let me in to sign in... and it took about 3 hours before I got the call. Went in and was seen by Alex. Everyone was nice enough... but Alex took one look and said it was a skin Infection and gave me antibiotics. The next day it got worst and I called my doctors office. (Who was closed he day before because of the weather) He saw me right away and after one look said it was a Cyst and it was Infected. He lanced and drained it. I question the quick misdiagnosis... I am now dealing with an infection that has caused me to miss days of work. Not impressed with the quality of service here.

The staff was very professional and courteous during challenging time. Though not the reason for my visit the staff expressed concerns for my blood pressure and monitoring it for 15 minutes. I truly appreciate their concern and attention for me well being.
