Had a 30yd dumpster delivered today, driver Dennis Blackburn was extremely careful and precise while backing into a tight area on my driveway. Asked him to drop it half on lawn and half on driveway and he did exactly that!! Great experience, would definitely use USA again!!

I spoke to Sharon Schultz from your organization today, my experience with your service representative was very pleasant. Sharon helped check on and provide a copy of an invoice I needed to match up to a delivery ticket. Sharon was polite and friendly on the phone, she placed me on hold to allow me to speak to the dispatch operator and when he was not available came back on the line to inform me and she continued to assist me. The result, I received quality service in about a 2-3 minute phone call and a follow up via email with the documentation I needed. I am most satisfied with the level of service I received and I've had similar experience in the past calling your organization and always have had a positive outcome from the helpful, friendly service that s provided by your staff. I needed a dumpster to purge almost 30 years of accumulation before we move. I called USA Hauling and was fortunate enough to be connected with Sharon!!! She was simply amazing. Sharon made the process very simple and easy to understand. Everything she arranged for happened on time and with a smile! I cannot recommend Sharon and USA Hauling enough if you need refuse removal service!!!
Needed to set up new service, and the representative I spoke with (Nicole) was extremely helpful. She explained everything I needed to know from pricing through all the newbie customer stuff. I used their dumpster delivery and pick up service twice last year. They had the best prices and worked with us on everything. Amazing service and prices. Planning on renting another dumpster this year. Hopefully this week even!
