Found out about Engineered Solutions through a neighbor on Nextdoor. Allen came by today to check out some concerns we had about cracks in our basement based off our home inspection report. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and explained our situation in a manner that was easy for me to comprehend as a first time home buyer. Luckily our situation did not require any fixes, and I greatly appreciate the fact he was open with me on future things to look out for in regards to our foundation. When it comes time to finish our basement, I will most definitely reach out to Engineered Solutions for their services. Thank you, Allen!!

ESOG did a terrific job installing a new drainage system, sump pump basin and battery backup unit in the crawlspace of my house in the summer of 2019. I received quotes from four companies to resolve crawlspace flooding in my 35-yr old new home. I worked with ESOG project manager Alan Waite. Alan’s experience and knowledge and patience with answering my many questions led me to choose ESOG. It was not the most or least expensive quote, but it has been worth every penny. I have not been disappointed with ESOG’s work or service. Since the installation, my home has experienced quite a few heavy, multi-day rainstorms, and the drainage system has performed flawlessly. The house no longer has the damp odor it originally had, and I have peace of mind knowing I will not have to endure the process of drying out the crawlspace after heavy rains. I am grateful to ESOG and Alan Waite for doing such a good job, and I highly recommend them!
