Englert as a whole is terrible. But the Danvers locations is especially terrible. They never have what you need and if they do, when you drive to their shop to pickup they inform you they either never got the order, it’s at a different location or in today’s case, “staff went home early” after just calling and placing an order. I will absolutely never shop here again and they just lost a 500k dollar account.

This place has the best price around and the people there are very helpful makes things easy I give this place a 5 stars and more
these guys could not get an order wright if they tried , but they wont try anyway
