Great prices and selection. I ordered through the website. When I called to check the status, they promptly called me back and it showed up at my door in a few days. I would definitely order from them again.
On November 23rd 2020 i ordered and paid 8 china decorative pieces. Since then no items were sent. I asked for the reimbursement and got no answer. I advice everyone to be careful with this vendor so you won't be cheated like I was. Following Mr Shlomo reply. I hope you may improve your customer service either by answering the emails or by updating more frequently your site with accurate information. Its a sales site and so the responsibility for what is advertise there for sailing is entirely yours.
Place has an incredible selection of the most up to date popular lines of fine china and giftware . All are well priced. The owner is extremely helpful and will order items that he does not have in stock. This is now my go to place for gift picture frames, serving pieces and china.

Just had my order cancelled the day after I placed it. Apparently, those items are no longer available. Huh? That's funny because yesterday you had them on your website available for purchase with no notice or advertisement that they were out of stock or not available.
