I broke my skis early season so decided to rent for the remainder then buy at the end of the season. I rented from this location 6 times and every experience was outstanding. The staff greeted me when i came in and when I left, were enthusiastic and seemed happy and genuinely interested in helping me. Whenever I needed assistance someone was always there to help. I want to give a rave to Dante in the ski rental department. Dante was the employee who helped me with my rentals almost every time I came in to pick up and he was delightful to work with. Super nice and knowledgeable about all the skis and was able to answer every question I had. I enjoyed skiing on every ski he recommended and ultimately ended up buying a pair that I probably would have never tried had he not recommended them. He couldn't have been more helpful and I really enjoyed working with him and the entire team in the rental department. Dante always went above and beyond to do a great job and not just with me - but with everyone i saw him help. Chase was great too! Also very knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasure to work with.

I have been a Christy's customer for as long as I remember. The last pair of ski boots I purchased was not from Christy's, and it has been a painful experience for the last ten years. No longer being a resident of Colorado, my ski days are numbered so it is really important that I make the most of each ski day. Every ski day for the last ten years my feet have hurt so badly that my days have been cut short. I decided to demo a pair of DPS skis on my trip to Vail last weekend (badass skis by the way) and when the guys got my demo set up they asked how my boots fit before I left. I told Kyle and Mark how painful it has been and they immediately got to work on custom foot beds (I have had these before) and making footbed adjustments. They kept fine tuning the boots WHICH I DID NOT BUY THERE until they were a perfect fit. I skied two pain free days for the first time in ten years. The boots were perfectly molded to my ape like foot. Where I usually knock around 2-3 due to the pain, I was last chair up both days and delighted. Thank you Kyle and Mark. I will not ever buy a pair of boots elsewhere. You guys made my weekend!

I've been working with this Christy sports location in order to buy a new pair of ski boots. I'm a pretty avid skier, owning lots of different skis and Boots. I always get a little nervous at ski stores as I always feel like they have certain preconceived notions on what they want to sell you. I'm happy to say that this store is exactly the opposite!! I initially worked with Ian D. On my boot fitting where he worked with me for a long period of time learning more about my type of skiing what I enjoy and also trying on multiple different boots. I had to get some adjustments done and had the pleasure of working with Ian P. and once again exceeded my expectations excellent to work with excellent to listen to every issue and their main goal is to make you happy no matter what! I definitely recommend these two employees.

Several years ago I had a great experience purchasing skis at this store from Manage Bob Sullivan. Ever since that time I have received exceptional customer experience at this store. Most recently when I had a problem with my now old skis/bindings Bob jumped on it and addressed the concern quickly and efficiently. Great customer service - Thanks Bob!
