I was clueless and felt like I was being the given the run around but another party on my first shipment from China (I was quite irritated by this). I found Carey and within 2 hours I understood what was required and what to expect. He’s a no nonsense kind of guy but was key on me not loosing it and getting my stuff here. Actually getting my items from the shipping company was smooth and easy mostly because I had what I needed and I was educated. Thanks Carey!
