Always have a great experience with Melanie . Fun, energetic, and very knowledgeable! I have had her turn sunglasses into eyeglasses with no issues and always get complements from people do to the quality of work! Highly recommended! If you go ask for Mel you won’t be disappointed!

This place was super helpful! I went in needing new glasses, but overwhelmed with options and brands. Melanie helped me choose, walked me through the process and was beyond professional. She had the experience and know how to help me narrow down my selection. Unfortunately, I had already seen my doctor, and was just shopping for glasses, but the entire staff was friendly and willing to assist.

I chose this place because if the reviews I looked it. To my surprise I was sadly disappointed. First my appt was at 8:40am and wasn’t seen until almost 9:20am. Second, while my son was being seen by the young ladies who completed the preliminary exam, they did not let me assist my autistic son. I was not going to give him the answers but guide him. My son was then seen by Dr. Burrows who did not even ask him any questions and literally took 3 mins to see him and give me a prescription for him. She did not ask me questions nor did she communicate any interest in us. I will not be going to this facility again.
