I had an amazing experience teaching at English for a Lifetime Language Institute. Dr. Floyd called me in for an interview and was immediately impressed. I started teaching that same night. The school has all of the materials that a teacher needs so that one doesn’t have to spend out of pocket. The students are the greatest! They are highly motivated and come excited to learn every night. They often step outside of their comfort zones and attempt to use their English outside of the classroom as well. The environment of EFL is pleasurable. The teachers all share knowledge and materials, Dr. Floyd is great at giving recognition to the teachers every month, and the students make their way to show you their appreciation. This is by far the most rewarding job I’ve had. The students make it all worth while, and hearing their life stories encourages one to remain grateful for the little things in life. The smiles on their faces when they learn something new melts your heart every time. I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything!
