They were communicative, straight-forward and fair in the strictest sense of the word, but did not really go above and beyond to help problem solve and easily found multiple providers in the area who did. I’m sure if all goes to plan, they provide a fine service but if you want to be sure that your provider can roll with unexpected developments , my experience suggests there are other service providers better suited.

I just wanted to say Thank You so much to First Class Limousine for the amazing service that was provided for my wedding. The driver was prompt and courteous and very attentive to me. He assisted me in and out of the vehicle at all times and even while entering the church. Joe You Rock!!! My husband and I had the Maserati and our guests are still talking about this car today!!!! I will definitely use First Class for any and every upcoming event that we have!
We used first class limos for both my bachelor party and our wedding limo and shuttles. They were so easy to deal with when we had to postpone our wedding from June to November of 2020 due to COVID. All our rides were on time down to the minute. Jack was excellent as our driver of the sprinter for the bachelor party and Pete was also great for our wedding limo. John was easy and responsive to work with at the office. We cannot recommend first class limos enough. Thanks Greg and Chrissie Martin
After I prepaid for a Bentley, John had called me up saying the Bentley wasn’t available but will give me a new car. Being that I only wanted the car I paid for, I told John I would simply use a different company. John called me later that day and promised me the car I wanted would show up for the wedding and not to worry. Wedding day comes and the WRONG CAR shows AFTER being promised not to worry, making me pay in cash, knowing that I would dispute a charge for something I did not purchase as he knew I would just use a different company to get the car I wanted. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LIARS for the money.
I’m really so impressed with the service of this place ! I recently got married I’ll break it down for you . I wasn’t sure what to expect and had my hopes crushed in the past before with other services . But the car was absolutely spectacular , and what I didn’t see coming was the service and reliability of Anthony our driver. Up beat, professional , early, and ready to assist me pack the car and had an effect to make me and (now my wife ) feel special . Thanks again
