Very knowable, even though I was fixing my own dryer, he answered all my questions, received my parts he ordered fast, good quality parts at a reasonable price, I’ve referred friends and their happy too. Overall he’s got my business every time. Would highly recommend him

I hardly ever leave a review but today I was impressed! I had a washer flood on a Saturday morning. I figured I would be days if not weeks without my washer. Allen was at my home within an hour and a half and had it repaired in thirty minutes. He was quick, clean, and pleasant! He quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and stayed with that price.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I really appreciate the honesty and great customer service!
Allen is an excellent repairman. Our dryer went out and my wife called Allen this morning and he came out right away. We are very grateful for the service he provided and for him coming out immediately. Our dryer is now fixed and running like new. Maybe a year or so ago, he also sold us a washer and it is still running perfectly. It is an old electric washer, which we requested, because the newer ones seem to fall apart more easily. Thank you again Allen
I never rate anything let alone give one star and a review, but I felt the need to warn against using the “Appliance Doctor”. I had a problem with a three year old Kenmore washing machine. It started making a loud almost grinding sound and the balance was off. The Appliance Doctor came to my house and only turned it on and listened to it for five minutes at most and then said that the machine needed a new baring and springs and that it would cost around 400 to repair and then recommended that I buy a new machine. I took his advice and bought a new machine and had to pick it up in Mesquite. When I got home and moved the old washer I found that there was a drain pipe stuck up in the bottom of the machine. Had the appliance doctor actually looked at my washer instead of only spending a few minutes listening to it and then collecting his 55 “service call fee” he would have been able to diagnose the problem and save me a Saturday driving to Mesquite, buying a new machine, and now another day returning the new machine that is not even needed. I do not recommend this appliance doctor and would recommend you not waste your time having him diagnose and/or fix your appliance.
