I have been using Ivy Creek since they opened and I have always been treated very nicely. The staff is always caring and respectful. Their facility is very clean. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone.

I have Covid and had a horrible experience at this clinic. I was told it would take 15-20 min to get tested. I finally got tested two hours later after sitting in my car with nausea, temp and headache and calling back into front desk twice. I was positive so took 1:15 appointment to see Dr. The front desk and nurses knew how sick I was and let me sit in waiting area for another hour and a half. When I got back to Dr. office I waited another hour-finally just went and stood outside my door until two nurses came down hall to complain to - finally got home around 4:30 pm. After getting there at 9:30 am. The PA I saw was going to prescribe something for nausea but forgot so I called back the next morning and left a message requesting she call it in. After a couple of hours I called back and the receptionist assured me the note had been given to her. She called it in 7 days later. Something is very wrong there and they take no responsibility for it at all, beware!!!

I just called to speak with someone pertaining to an urgent matter, they didn’t answer the first time. I understand with covid going on they are probably busy. So I waited a few minutes and called back. A lady answered and said she was going to put me on hold, I politely said okay, thank you! I was on hold for 4 minutes, someone picked up the phone and then I heard “beep, beep, beep”.. they hung up on me.. glad I was calling about myself and not my child or else this review probably would’ve gone a lot differently. A close relative of mine has been seen here before, a couple years ago and quite recently and it was a great experience. I chose to call this place because Dr. Wilson was recommended to me and I know her through my siblings.. and the last time I saw her when I was extremely dehydrated and pregnant she was an excellent doctor! I have a feeling this probably isn’t the protocol the office is supposed to follow. To just hang up on someone calling and not even knowing what is going on with them. So just take this advice with a grain of salt, maybe someone is just having a bad day. But when you work in the medical profession, you should at least answer a call professionally and offer to take message.

Most of the staff at the Enterprise location was extremely rude to me and my mother. I will definitely not be going back. It seemed to be a very unprofessional environment. They were more concerned about what was going on the upcoming weekend apparently rather than their patients. I even heard two employees making fun of patients while I was standing there. We saw a great Nurse Practitioner during our visit-very happy with their treatment plan for my mother. I just would rather take my money somewhere that treats people better.

Went in Monday to get checked for an infection, filled out my paperwork while I waited outside understandable waited about 30 minutes. Get called inside to my room first young lady was very nice and friendly as soon as she left I was was in there for exactly 2 hours and 3 minutes before a nurse actually showed up! That is absolutely shameful the ER isn't even that slow. I had thought about getting up and leaving a couple time but I figured I've already toughed it out this long why leave now. Don't think I would go back unless it's a last resort.
