DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!! I rented a car with enterprise in Beltsville. I was assisted by a young man with my car rental, he did not check the car at all. I notice that there were dents in the car and let him know immediately. This young man says "Don't worry about that." I initially rented the car for two weeks but ended up not needing it for that long and returned the vehicle 8 days later. The same young man receives the car from me and proceeds to check the whole car for about 15 minutes(mind you I barely even drove the car). He then lets me know there are damages to the car and does not know if it was from the previous people who rented the car or from me, I let him know that prior to renting the car that I personally addressed this situation before even leaving the parking lot (he does not acknowledge his own wrong). He then says they need to do an investigation, he also says he can not give me a receipt for returning the vehicle (instant red flag) (mind you I used my car insurance to cover the car). I let him know that this is not the normal procedure and something is not right here. He then lets me know that he will call me and update me in a few days. Still no receipt, I go home and a few days later they took money out of my account without communicating with me about why or the purpose. I called this location many times and there is no one available to help. I truly believe this location is doing some form of fraud. Please be mindful before giving this location any business. THEY ARE MOST LIKELY DOING INSURACNCE FRAUD!!

I would not recommend this place. Total scam, I came here to get a rental. A young lady had me take a look at the car I pointed out a small dent told me that it wasn’t noticeable so it didn’t need to be noted down. Once I got my car from the shop I left the rental at the shop for them to pick up. For some reason they waited five whole days to pick the rental up. I got a call telling me the tail light was broken and that the dent i pointed out to the lady was my fault.
They take extra precautions to make sure that you are getting into a safe and clean care. I really appreciate the service.
The car I received from Enterprise had not been cleaned on the inside, or sanitized. When I picked up the car, it was raining heavily. I was distracted by the weather and drove home without noticing the dirty floorboards. I called Enterprise twice to report the condition of the automobile I rented. All I received was an “I’m sorry” and received no discount. I paid full price for service I did not get. Also, the young Enterprise employee who attended to me got into the rental car and sat right next to me in order to briefly explain features of the car. We were nearly shoulder to shoulder. No social distancing during a pandemic is not acceptable. I am 61 years old.
The office is always nice in clean. The representatives always provide you great customer service, and they respect your privacy.
I have been calling for weeks with no answer. I have to call other locations to get help and I still have no response or follow up. I am due a refund. They took money from my account and they got two reservations and payments from my insurance for the rental. I do not understand why they will not call me or answer the phone. I have been dealing with this for about three weeks with no response or follow up from them. This is bad business. Kiera was handed my info still no response. I have only one person who has actually been in contact with me and he works in a different office all together and can only do so much. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Stay clear from this place even if you just want decent service. Next I will be seeking further action if I am not helped and my and the insurance company money is held with no communication. So I am editing this review to give an update. It is now another week from Chris's response and no communication. Email sent today This makes absolutely no sense. My next steps will be to the BBB, the Insurance Fraud department, my bank to open a fraudulent charge on the account, and the to Rockville Administrative Office. Ridiculously unprofessional. There is no way that its Thursday with no communication. This should not take almost a month to even communicate. Email chain is with multiple managers and nothing still.....
I went to the Enterprise in Beltsville, MD and it was one of the worst experiences at a car rental company. They didn't have any vehicles in stock. They finally gave me a vehicle only problem was none of the windows rolled down. The controls on the driver door didn't work. So I took the car back and they took me to another location and put me in another vehicle. Soon as I drive off, they called me back saying that the vehicle had damage on the roof they didn't report. So I had to turn that vehicle in. Then they finally got it right on the 3rd try. Customer service was horrible and didn't even offer to compensate me.
The service was awesome but they don't have that many car at this location.
