My husband and I worked with the manager, Shicora. We had a couple of questions about the car we rented and she was professional and treated us great! She was so friendly and definitely made it where we will come back to this location. Her customer service was better than any other car rental company we have been to and it is much appreciated! She went above and beyond to help us and we hope Enterprise sees what an awesome employee they have!

I had an amazing experience!! They didn’t have any full size cars anywhere so they let me get an Nissan Rogue Sport for the price of a full size car! Kiona (spell check) was amazing when I came to get the car !! She was super friendly and very fast with closing out the contract ! When I brought it back on today ! Once again the service was great ! Zach was super friendly as well. I will be renting from them again when I need another vehicle!! Thanks y’all !!
This is one of the best customer experiences I have had in my life. Jasmin the only one working there took her time to make me feel like I was her first priority while handling other things that was going on as well. She explained the process and made sure I was satisfied with everything. And not only to me she was like that with everyone else. If anyone is planning on renting a car I suggest you come here! Thank you Jasmin for everything!
Had the worst experience ever. I was honest and listed 2x drivers and made a reservation.I got to the Lillington location and needed proof of ins. Proof of employment and all this other bs that I was never made aware of for my reservation.Enterprise sucks I will never rent there again
Called enterprise to setup a reservation, as my car needed to be in the shop for body work. We agreed to meet at the place I had my car worked on. The day before my reservation, I was called and told that the time had been pushed back a few hours, as there were no cars available, and the woman who helped me didn't have any drivers to pick me up. The time to meet got changed twice that day, so we agreed on the next available day. Got picked up, went to work, returned the vehicle(no other problems) then there was some miscommunication about my insurance and if it did indeed cover costs that were previously discussed. It was just a big stressful mess.
I had no issues today. The driver arrived at the agreed upon time, in the car I would be receiving. The lady at the counter was easy to work with. The car was older, but in good condition. Much better than the poorly maintained car with a foul smelling interior that I got at the Sanford branch. Great experience.

The staff at this location does not seem to have an interest in serving customers. I confirmed the reservation that Nationwide Insurance made for us on 12-18-18 by phone with Jack. The reservation was for 8 and my wife got there at 9:15. Kelly said that they gave away the reservation because we were about an hour late to pick up the car after dropping our car off at the body shop. She said that they did not get enough returns and maybe they would have a car around 2. If you need a rental car and you want to make sure you get it I would suggest making the reservation with the Fuquay Location. We have picked up cars there several times and they have always been very helpful and have an interest in helping customers.
