I lived at Entrada for 3 years of my college life, and the rooms themselves were very spacious and nice. I can't give more than 1 star because the management is very problematic. They do not train the front desk staff very well. The management tried to charge me 250 for something I did not do after I put in a maintenance request months in advance. We had multiple maintenance requests incomplete for months, and the front desk staff tried to blame it on us as residents. They put our own mug under the fridge to fix a request and have damaged our property. Patrick the new maintenance man is the only saving grace. Also, we moved in in 2017, and we paid a 200 deposit. We tried to get this back, but the front desk staff \lost\ the information on the deposit until I confronted them. Their computer system is terrible. The maintenance requests have to be put in over the phone, and the staff constantly loses them. The head manager is very nice, but it gets completely lost in training the front desk staff. Water pressure is so bad. The washing machine smelled bad, and maintenance did not listen to us and give us a new one. They told us it was our fault yet again. Don't live here.

Lived here for 3 years. The apartment itself is alright and has lots of space, and is close to campus and downtown which is why I stayed so long. Overall would not recommend though. Everything was cheaply constructed: drawers were falling apart and tiny, sealant on tub was coming off which left mold growing under, closet doors were old and constantly fell off the track. Additionally, many maintenance requests were treated as unimportant and not fixed well. Our fridge door would not stay shut due to worn down magnetism and age, and the solution was to prop the front up and let \gravity\ keep it closed. Management was often unhelpful when concerns were raised. The washing machine/dryer are so tiny it takes multiple loads for one person to do even a week's worth of laundry, and the dryer had to be run multiple times to get a single load dry. The management staff tries to appeal to residents with \Wing Wednesday\ and other promotions, but when it comes to actual concerns, they fall short.

The staff provides exceptional customer service and always resolves issues quickly for me. The property itself provides amazing value for the price point AND it's fully furnished which is awesome. I highly recommend!

Choosing to live at Entrada Real was a great decision. Apartments come fully furnished, which is convenient for students like me and you have your own private bathroom. A great feature that sets them apart from other apartment complexes is that they provide a cap for electricity! Entrada provides a business center that includes computers and free printing, along with a fitness center & pool. Management loves to give back to residents by giving away prizes & having free food/snacks throughout the year. They love getting to know residents and make them feel at home. I highly recommend this property.
