Staff is not very friendly. They charge 150 to drive 12 miles, that doesn’t include the testing. I asked why they charge so much and was told that they’re too busy working on big money jobs. It has to be worth their while to help. I refuse to give my money to a local company that behaves this way. I took my business to Davis & Brown in Florence SC. Not only were they polite, they were cheaper! And they drove all the way from Florence to collect a water sample.
