The entire eOffices management team (owners, manager, reception, IT, maintenance, custodian) have been amazing since prior to leasing an office suite. Responsive, professional - yet personable: 5 Star review all the way. Building upgrades are positive and consistent, adding value to the address over the years. One example, early into pandemic, the team upgraded the air systems to ‘better than HEPA’ standards to keep everyone safer. As an essential worker with the luxury of working from office or home, I still choose the office suite whenever possible.

I have spent the first 3 years of my business renting an office here, and the experience has always been amazing from day one. The team is great, internet bandwidth very fast up & down (not a detail for a digital marketing agency like mine), and the neighborhood has plenty of great foods for lunch. Ho, and it's easy to find free parking too. No brainer.

I've been a tenant at Eoffices for a little over 6 years now. I have a therapy practice at their building on Washington Blvd. My experience over the past 6 years has been nothing short of excellent. Eoffices is a 'mom and pop' run office building which means they are hands on and incredibly responsive. Aside from being professionally run, the staff always responds to any of my office space needs in a timely manner. The building is well maintained the owner's clearly take pride in what they do. I'm very satisfied with the time I've rented space here.

Conducting business at eOffices has been the best. The quality of the office is superb, the building in general is professional, clean and safe. I can have 3-4 zoom meetings everyday without any outside noise. I have a small office and love the fact that I can control the lighting easily depending on my working mood: low light or super bright. The office comes equipped with a modern desk, lamp, phone, glass writing board and filing cabinets. There is also high speed internet. There really is nothing else I could need to work that is not provided. Oh, and if I’m ever in a rush and don’t bring my coffee to the office with me? No problem! The building kitchen has starbucks coffee and other amenities that make my life easier. This is a great building to work from especially during Covid.
