I am thrilled with my beautiful log home! Gingrich Builders turned my plans and dreams for a unique, custom log home into a stunning reality. Bruce, Todd, Tim and the entire crew were responsive, attentive, thorough, courteous and professional every step of the way. Their talented craftsmanship, competence and creativity were demonstrated throughout the entire process beginning with the initial meetings to discuss and finalize design and continuing through every single aspect of construction. They were incredibly easy to work with and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish! They are truly second to none! Thank you Gingrich Builders for an amazing home!

We had Gingrich repair some sections of rotted logs on our 45 year old home as well as caulk between all the logs on the entire house and repair some old flashing. The crew handled themselves very professionally and took their time to ensure quality workmanship. We were very impressed with the attention to detail on the entire project. The crew worked hard through some hot days doing tedious work and never once complained (at least not that I heard) or even looked unhappy. We've had other general contracting companies out for other work and have definitely seen employees who acted like they were \just here for the paycheck\ and eager to call it a day whether the work was done well or not. It was refreshing to see that was not the case with Gingrich. They were professional, on time, and responsive at a fair price. Their work exceeded expectations and we would definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

Not only do they do beautiful work, their customer service is next to none! Outstanding! We could not be happier with their work and our new home! Todd and Bruce were great to work with. They stayed within our quoted budget and stayed right on the construction and move in time line that they provided us. They communicated wonderfully throughout the process and were readily available any time of the day for any questions we had. They even worked hard to accommodate an earlier move in date when our current house went under contract sooner then we expected! If you are looking for a new home, don't even consider going anywhere else! 5 stars all the way around!
I recently had our log home stained and front porch posts repaired and was very satisfied with the work. I am glad to finally find a local company who understands log home maintenance. Although it did take some time between booking and the actual job, it was well worth the wait.
