We bought one of these and couldn't be happier. House was moved onto lot which we had to pay for but it was worth it! Some things in the home are cheap but we can and will replace those items ourselves. The home is HUGE and so comfy. Everyone is different and this home suits our needs!

The home I got looked nothing like the pictures. Poorly made. No backing on interior doors so the screws dont hold them in, the water heater is the smallest one in a home anyone I have spoke with has told me. I run out of hot water with a regular shower. The patio door doesnt seat right and needs to be replaced. The counter tops are coming apart already and I've only had it a couple months. The door handles are extremely loose on exterior doors. I could go on and on. I'm am beyond upset and depressed that I got this financially screwed that it keeps me up at night
For receiving they open at 0630, they're quick to get you unloaded, friendly bunch too.
Fast unloads
I will tell you we have bought several to put on our farms and ranches over the years, the furnace won’t light or stay lit if the wind is blowing, which is most of the winter not a great feature. I would plan to replace all the appliances within a year or two. The toilets are junk and need replacement as do the windows and doors since the furnace won’t keep the house warm the nice draft flowing through them is hard to counterattack with no warm air blowing, be prepared all you get is a marginal structure.
