Very nice place to have a party. My party host Kayla was kind and attentive. The manager was also very helpful and did the best she could to accommodate us due to the weather conditions. Other than a little mishap at the end of the party caused by a rude woman who was there for open jump, everything went smoothly. Thank you again epic air staff for a great party!

The most important thing : it is a good place for kids , not for adults . Epic Air Trampoline Park don’t have so many things to do .. for real .. i personally paid 75 for 2 hours . There were 3 of us , me , my wife and my 1,5 years old son . YOU CAN’T bring socks from other Trampoline Park , they say if is about safety but actually has nothing to do with it . now the most freaking thing is that they have height restrictions . My son was allowed to play in 3 areas only , and in those places adults CAN’T JUMP AT ALL . We sign the waiver to confirm that we are responsible for our safety , there is no need to force us to drive away . AS I SAID , THIS IS A GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS , you can do birthday parties here . they will give you a discount on halloween if you will come in a costume which is cool ! but for me there are too many restrictions and not so much to do . i was supervising my son and paid 22 for 2 hours plus 3 for socks . Even if you don’t jump YOU HAVE TO BUY THEIR SOCKS ! HERE IS A RECOMMENDATION FOR THR OWNER : You can give discount at least for one of supervising parent if child is younger then 2 years . i personally won’t come here again on regular days . Thank you for your business !
This is a Good Place for kids only, I Really mean kids only as an adult trying to play with my kids all the staff did was follow us & tell me what I can't do. I feel as if I should've just dropped the kids off & let there staff babysit... ... smh won't spend another dime here ever
Overall it was pretty fun. My and my little sister jumped around a bit and played dodgeball. But there are a few things I had a problem with. So we all know we are going through a pandemic now and it is very serious. When I walked in with my sister the only people I saw with masks on where the workers, and very few other people in the building. I freaked out a bit. So I told my little sister to go play a bit and I would stay on the bench. I went over to check on her and I saw the workers weren’t even enforcing anyone to wear a mask or stay apart if your not in someone’s party. So I was a little iffy about that. I’m just asking you workers to please enforce social distancing and masks in his time. Thank you.
We had my sons Birthday here on Saturday January 18, 2020. Our hosts Kaitlyn and Jerry were amazing. Both were very attentive. I was able to enjoy my sons party with him and his guests. From checking people in, serving food, serving cake, cleaning up and packing the gifts. Also love that there is a little something for all age groups. It really was nice since we had 34 kids ranging from 1 years old to 13 years old. The only one suggestion I personally would have is that kids from a party have to check out before they leave. Other than that is was a great time and a great party
